In May 2018, we have incorporated as a non-profit organization in Ontario, Canada under the name of Climate Equity Reference Project Canada (CERP Canada), to create a new organizational home for some of our work.
CERP Canada is overseen by a board of directors and the daily affairs are managed by Christian Holz. We take organizational governance, transparency and the safeguarding of those who work for and with us very seriously and have adopted a series of policies and procedures as well as an overarching Code of Conduct to help us accomplish this. These documents are available below.
Additional documents that contain relevant provisions of organizational governance and safeguarding, including our Finance Manual and HR Manual, are being made available to our partners on an as-needed basis.
